We pay for your shipping on all orders (except luggages) more than $150 shipped to the any destination you need. And it usually takes 10-15 days to ship to your door after your payment.

Lost Shipments
All shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 20 business days. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund. Packages that are returned to us DHL because of bad addresses incur charges. These charges will be passed along to the customer and are not the responsibility of


Incorrect Addresses
Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be assessed a 20% surcharge.

Every package we send has a UPS delivery confirmation or UPS tracking number. This is our proof of delivery. If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will send you a replacement of your order at no cost to you. (If the carrier has proof of delivery, yet you say that you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier, using the delivery confirmation number we will provide for you). This guarantee does not cover replacement of items damaged by incorrect handling or carelessness.


You must allow enough time for the carrier to deliver your package. In the case of the UPS, it can take up to 7 business days to deliver your package. Please wait the required amount of time before notifying us of an undelivered package.

You must notify us by email if your package has not arrived, or if you received damaged merchandise.

Please don't try to file a false claim. We are informed as each package is delivered; we will be able to check if your package was delivered to you or not. If the carrier can provide confirmation that the package was delivered, we will not send a replacement. Likewise, we inspect each item before it ships. We can tell the difference between damage done in shipping and damage that had to be done by mishandling. Sorry that we had to include this paragraph, but while most customers are wonderful, there are always "bad apples" who ruin it for everyone and make us take these strict measures. Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us for returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. All the returned goods should be sent to the shipping address we email you.
All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package.Our company will refund you all the money once you find any quality problem.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs.

We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date.
Please contact us with your Order ID and the tracking number of your order. If you would like to exchange items for a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you.

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
